摘 要:智能制造有效驱动农业机械产业发展和产品品质提升,在资源节约与环境保护的新趋势下,农机装备再制造产业获得了前所未有的契机,其利用老旧农机进行的功能修复与技术升级将成为提高农机使用寿命与资源利用率的有效手段。该文结合农机装备再制造产业现状及主体技术流程,分析了智能制造技术对于驱动产业变革与体系优化的主要作用与关键点,介绍了农机装备再制造技术向智能化发展的主体特征,并对未来发展趋势及难点进行展望,以期促进农机再制造行业更好更快发展。Intelligent manufacturing effectively drives the development of the agricultural machinery industry and product quality improvement,under the new trend of resource conservation and environmental protection,the agricultural equipment remanufacturing industry has gained unprecedented opportunities,and its use of old agricultural machinery for functional restoration and technological upgrading will become an effective means of improving the service life of agricultural machinery and resource utilization.The paper combines the current situation of agricultural equipment remanufacturing industry and the main technical process,analyzes the main role and key points of intelligent manufacturing technology for driving industrial change and system optimization,analyzes and agricultural equipment remanufacturing technology to the intelligent development of the main features,and the future development trend and difficulties in the outlook,with a view to promoting better and faster development of agricultural equipment remanufacturing industry.
