摘 要:太阳能干燥法是一种环保、经济、高效的谷物干燥技术,通过利用太阳能将谷物表面的水分蒸发掉,从而实现谷物的干燥。该文基于太阳能干燥法的原理和工作方式,探讨太阳能干燥法在谷物干燥过程中的优点,可以有效利用太阳能资源,降低能源消耗,减少对传统能源的依赖,具有明显的环保效益;其次,该技术在谷物干燥过程中温度控制较为稳定,有利于保持谷物品质,减少质量损失,设备结构简单,操作方便,维护成本低廉,适用于农村地区和发展中国家的谷物干燥需求,并总结太阳能干燥法在谷物干燥中的应用前景及发展趋势。研究内容可以为推动太阳能干燥法在谷物干燥中应用提供技术参考,对于清洁能源利用、农村发展和技术创新的结合起到一定的推动作用。Solar drying method is an environmentally friendly,cost-effective grain drying technology,through the use of solar energy to evaporate the water on the surface of the grain,so as to realize the drying process of the grain.Based on the principle and working mode of solar drying method,this paper discusses the advantages of solar drying method in the process of grain drying,which can effectively utilize solar energy resources,reduce energy consumption,reduce the dependence on traditional energy sources,and have obvious environmental protection benefits;secondly,this technology has a more stable temperature control during grain drying,which is conducive to maintaining the quality of grains and reducing the loss of quality,with a simple structure,easy to operate,and low maintenance low cost,suitable for grain drying needs in rural areas and developing countries,and by summarizing the application prospects and development trend of solar drying method in grain drying.The research content can provide technical reference for promoting solar drying method in grain drying,and play a certain role in promoting the combination of clean energy utilization,rural development and technological innovation.
