农业机械设计过程中现代设计方法分析

摘  要:随着农业机械的快速发展,传统农业机械设计、制作方法难以满足大批量、高精度及特殊要求的农业机械设计。该文通过分析传统方法的局限性,以薯类收获机的设计、制作与样机检验为主,利用传统设计方法与现代设计方法进行过程设计,分析两种方法在设计过程中的效率、精度和决策能力上的特点与差异。结果表明,现代设计方法在提高设计效率、精度和决策能力方面具有显著优势,设计周期大幅缩短,设计精度显著提升,以及在决策过程中能够更快速有效地进行迭代和优化。此外,现代设计方法还降低了成本,提升了薯类收获机的性能和可靠性。综上所述,现代设计方法不仅能够优化设计流程,还能为农业机械制造业带来更高的经济效益和可持续发展前景。With the rapid development of agricultural machinery,the traditional agricultural machinery design and production methods are difficult to meet the design of large quantities,high precision and special requirements of agricultural machinery.This paper analyzes the limitations of traditional methods,focusing on the design,production and prototype inspection of grain combine harvester,using traditional design methods and modern design methods to carry out the process of design,and analyzing the characteristics and differences of the two methods in the design process in terms of efficiency,accuracy and decision-making ability,and the results show that the modern design methods have significant advantages in improving the design efficiency,accuracy and decision-making ability,the design cycle is significantly shortened,the design accuracy is significantly improved,and the decision-making process can be faster and more effective.The design cycle is significantly shortened,the design accuracy is significantly improved,as well as the decision-making process can be iterated and optimized more quickly and efficiently.In addition,modern design methods also reduce costs and improve the performance and reliability of grain combine harvesters.In summary,modern design methods can not only optimize the design process,but also bring higher economic benefits and sustainable development prospects for the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry.
