摘 要:施肥起垄机主要是与拖拉机配套,在旋耕、翻地、重耙、轻耙等整地作业后进行的最后工序,施肥起垄质量的好坏,直接影响后续镇压、播种、中耕、收获等作业,是农机作业任务中的重点。基于施肥起垄机的基本结构与施肥起垄作业的技术特征,结合电机施肥控制器、自动驾驶导航仪使用的常见问题,总结了施肥起垄机保养与维护技术。研究结果以期为形成一套完善的施肥起垄机使用方法与体系提供参考,为广大农户掌握施肥起垄机正确操作方法提供技术参考。Fertilization ridger is mainly matched with the tractor,in the final process after rotary tillage,ploughing,heavy harrowing,light harrow and other land preparation operations,the quality of fertilization and ridge directly affects the follow-up suppression,sowing,cultivating,harvesting and other operations,is the focus of agricultural machinery operation tasks.Based on the basic structure of the fertilization and ridge raiser and the technical characteristics of the fertilization and ridge operation,combined with the common problems of the motor fertilization controller and the automatic driving navigator,the maintenance and maintenance technology of the fertilization and ridge machine were summarized.The research results are intended to provide a reference for the formation of a complete set of fertilization and ridger usage methods and systems,and to provide a technical reference for farmers to master the correct operation method of fertilization ridgers.
