摘  要:提升高校人才培养质量水平,是高等教育内涵式发展的核心。为了提升高校人才培养质量,需对高校人才培养质量进行评价,该评价也是深化高校综合改革的关键环节。在对影响人才培养质量的因素进行分析的基础上,从教学目标、人才需求和课程体系三个维度构建了人才培养质量的评价指标体系。采用模糊综合评价法,建立评价数学模型,模型中各指标权重采用层次分析法计算,得到人才培养质量的综合得分。该方法将定性判断和定量分析有机结合,为人才培养质量的有效性评价提供参考。To improve the training quality of talents in colleges is the core of the connotative development of higher education.It is necessary to evaluate the training quality of talents in colleges for improving the training quality of talents in colleges.The evaluation is the key link to deepen the comprehensive reform of colleges.The evaluation index system of talent training quality is constructed from the three dimensions of teaching objectives,talent demand and curriculum system.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to establish the evaluation mathematical model.The weight of each index in the model is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.The comprehensive score of talent training quality is obtained.This method combines qualitative judgment and quantitative analysis organically.It provides reference for the effectiveness evaluation of talent training quality.
