摘　　要：目的 研究阴道B超引导下无痛人工流产术的效果。方法 将2021年5月-2022年8月通用环球西安北环医院接收的124例需接受无痛人工流产患者作为研究对象。利用Excel函数法分组,对照组实施常规无痛人工流产术,研究组实施阴道B超引导下无痛人工流产术,以并发症发生率、完全流产率、手术时间、宫腔操作时间、宫腔操作次数、阴道流血时间、术中出血量、血-hCG恢复时间、月经恢复时间、VAS评分等评价阴道B超在无痛人工流产术中的价值。结果 研究组并发症发生率、医患纠纷发生率、VAS评分、术中出血量及宫腔操作次数均明显低于对照组,治疗满意率、完全流产率明显高于对照组,手术时间、宫腔操作时间、阴道流血时间、血-hCG恢复时间及月经恢复时间等均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 阴道B超引导下无痛人工流产术的效果可观,因此,在实施无痛人工流产术过程中可及时将阴道B超高效运用其中,促使无痛人工流产术实施安全性、效率性及质量性等均可高效保障,不仅有助于促进患者完全流产,还可避免对患者造成不良影响,充分体现以人为本的治疗原则,充分保障患者后续孕育功能。Objective To study the effect of painless induced abortion guided by vaginal B-ultrasound.Methods From May 2021 to August 2022,124 patients who needed to receive painless induced abortion were selected as the study objects.Using Excel function method,the control group performed conventional painless induced abortion,and the study group performed painless induced abortion guided by vagi-nal B-ultrasound,according to the incidence of complications,complete abortion rate,operation time,uterine operation time,uterine opera-tion times,vaginal bleeding time,and operation.The value of vaginal B-ultrasonography in painless induced abortion was evaluated by the a-mount of blood loss,blood-hCG recovery time,menstrual recovery time and VAS score.Results The incidence of complications,incidence of doctor-patient disputes,VAS score,intraoperative blood loss and the number of uterine operations in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The treatment satisfaction rate and complete abortion rate were significantly higher than the control group,and the operation time,uterine operation time,vaginal bleeding time,blood-hCG recovery time and menstrual recovery time were significantly shorter than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The effect of painless induced a-bortion guided by vaginal B-ultrasonography is considerable.Therefore,in the process of implementing painless induced abortion,vaginal B-ultrasonography can be effectively applied in time to ensure the safety,efficiency and quality of painless induced abortion,which not only helps to promote complete abortion of patients.It can also avoid adverse effects on patients,fully reflect the principle of people-oriented treatment,and fully protect the follow-up pregnancy function of patients.
