欣母沛配合改良B-lynch缝合在前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察欣母沛配合改良B-lynch缝合术在前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021.1~2023.9本院收治的前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者资料,根据使用药物的不同分为对照组(缩宫素配合改良B-lynch缝合)和观察组(加用欣母沛),比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组止血、住院时间、术后凝血功能指标均短于对照组(P<0.05),出血量、宫底下降高度、子宫三径之和在组间、时间点及交互比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:欣母沛联合改良B-lynch缝合及缩宫素可有效控制前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血,促进子宫复旧,适于临床应用。Objective:To observe the effect of hemabate combined with modified B-lynch suture on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa.Methods:The clinical data of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section of placenta previa in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed from January 2021 to September 2023.According to the different drugs,they were classified into control group(oxytocin combined with modified B-lynch suture)and observation group(added with hemabate).The clinical effect was compared between groups.Results:The hemostasis time,hospital stay and postoperative coagulation function indicators in observation group were shorter or lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in the hemorrhage volume,fundus descent height and sum of length,width and thickness of the uterus from the aspects of between-group effect,time-point effect and interaction effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemabate combined with modified B-lynch suture and oxytocin can significantly control the postpartum hemorrhage and promote the uterine involution in patients with cesarean section of placenta previa.
