摘　　要：目的:探究医护协作目标化管理模式在远红外线治疗的慢性肾脏病(CKD)血液透析患者动静脉内瘘(AVF)管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年11月医院收治的CKD血液透析患者80例,随机双盲抽签法均分为对照组(传统管理模式)、试验组(联合医护协作目标化管理模式)。结果:干预后,与对照组相比,试验组并发症与皮肤红肿的概率(5.00%、2.50%)显著降低,自我管理评分显著升高,透析充分性、满意度均显著改善,P均<0.05。结论:医护协作目标化管理模式能够显著降低CKD透析治疗患者远红外线治疗并发症,改善内瘘功能、自我管理能力与透析充分性。Objective:to investigate the application effect of targeted management model for medical cooperation in the management of arteriovenous fistula(AVF)in chronic kidney disease(CKD)hemodialysis patients treated with far infrared.Methods:Eighty cases of CKD hemodialysis patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided equally into the control group(traditional management mode)and the experimental group(joint medical and nursing collaboration targeting management mode)by double-blind lottery method.Results:After the intervention,the probability of complications and skin erythema(5.00%,2.50%)was significantly lower,self-management scores were dramatically higher,and dialysis adequacy and satisfaction were substantially improved in the experimental group compared to the control group,all p<0.05.Conclusion:A collaborative healthcare targeting management model was shown to notably reduce far-infrared therapy complications and improve endocardial fistula function,self-management and dialysis adequacy in patients on dialysis treatment for CKD.
