摘　　要：QB/T 1196—2023《羽绒羽毛枕、垫》已于2023年11月1日正式实施。为了加深对新标准的理解与应用,本文从适用范围、术语和定义、质量要求、试验方法、检验规则及使用说明等入手,全方位对比了新旧《羽绒羽毛枕、垫》标准的差异及修改的原因,并提出了对策和建议。The new standard QB/T 1196—2023"Down and feather pillows,cushions"was officially implemented on November 1,2023.In order to deepen the understanding and application of the new standard,this article starts with the scope of application,terminology and definitions,quality requirements,test methods,inspection rules,and instructions for use.It comprehensively compares the differences and reasons for modifications between the new and old for“Down and feather pillows,cushions”,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
