摘　　要：本文对标准GB 1103.1—2023《棉花第1部分:锯齿加工细绒棉》进行解读,并与GB 1103.1—2012对比分析,列举了其中有关技术规范要求的修改之处。新标准的实施将提高棉花内在品质检验,对棉花质量评定更为公正科学,有助于棉花产业高质量发展。This article interprets the standard GB 1103.1—2023"Cotton—Part 1:Saw ginned upland cotton",compare and analyze with GB 1103.1—2012,Listed the modifications related to technical specification requirements.The implementation of new standards will improve the quality inspection of cotton’s intrinsic quality.More notarized and scientific evaluation of cotton quality,contribute to the high-quality development of the cotton industry.
