摘　　要：在研究江苏省纺织服装企业竞争力的背景下,以2023年12家江苏省上市的纺织企业的财务数据为支撑,采用DEA-Tobit两步法对5项指标进行相关分析。通过DEA-BCC模型对12家上市纺织服装企业的数据分析,发现大多数企业的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率接近于1,表明其生产过程和规模经营相对高效。但也存在少数企业的综合效率较低,技术效率和规模效率也偏低。Tobit回归分析表明,固定资产净值、员工人数和研发支出对企业综合效率具有显著影响。建议企业加强生产流程优化、合理配置资源、加大研发投入等方式以提高纺织服装企业的竞争力。Against the backdrop of studying the competitiveness of Jiangsu province’s textile and apparel companies,this study is based on the financial data of 12 Jiangsu province-listed textile companies in 2023.It employs the DEA-Tobit two-step method to analyze five indicators.Through DEA-BCC model analysis of the data from the 12 listed textile companies,it was found that the majority of enterprises’comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency were close to 1,indicating relatively efficient production processes and scale operations.However,a few enterprises had lower comprehensive efficiency,with lower technical and scale efficiencies.Tobit regression analysis showed that fixed asset net value,number of employees,and R&D expenditure significantly influenced enterprise comprehensive efficiency.It is recommended that companies strengthen production process optimization,rational resource allocation,and increase R&D investment to enhance comprehensive efficiency and achieve sustainable development.
