摘 要:目的探讨医科达Infinity直线加速器iBEAM evo碳纤维治疗床对6 MV X射线吸收剂量的影响。方法利用医科达Infinity直线加速器及SAD摆位的(30×30×10)cm3固体水模体进行测试,射束设置条件为(10×10)cm2射野、6 MV、100 MU。测量机架角为±90°时剂量仪的读数,确保水模体置于直线加速器的等中心位置,由0°开始每隔10°测量并记录剂量仪读数,计算不同角度下直线加速器治疗床不同位置射线的衰减率。结果6 MV X射线照射时,治疗床主床板的衰减率为1.51%~5.31%;治疗床距连接处3、7 cm处的衰减率分别为0.85%~35.18%、0.52%~17.96%;延长板650及延长板415与主床板连接处的衰减率分别为1.51%~27.69%、0.17%~27.46%;延长板650距连接处3、13 cm处的衰减率分别为1.29%~5.65%、0.35%~5.29%;延长板415距连接处3、13 cm处的衰减率分别为0.16%~4.46%、0.34%~4.76%。结论治疗床不同位置对射线的衰减率不同,尤其主床板连接区对射线的衰减较大,临床治疗患者时应根据情况选择合适的延长板或通过移动患者位置使靶区避开连接区域,同时应在治疗计划系统中建立合适的治疗床模型,减少治疗床对患者吸收剂量的影响。Objective To explore the effect of iBEAM evo carbon fiber treatment couch with Elekta Infinity linear accelerator on the absorbed dose of 6 MV X-rays.Methods The Elekta Infinity linear accelerator and a(30×30×10)cm3 solid water phantom with SAD positioning were used for testing,and the beam setting conditions were(10×10)cm2 field,6 MV,and 100 MU.With the measure the reading of the dosimeter with gantry angle of±90°,it was ensured that the water model body was placed in the isocentral position of the linear accelerator,and dosimeter readings were measured and recorded at intervals of 10°from 0°to calculate the attenuation rate of rays at different positions of the linear accelerator treatment bed at different angles.Results With 6 MV X-ray irradiation,the attenuation rate of the main bed of the treatment couch was 1.51%to 5.31%;The attenuation rates at a distance of 3 cm and 7 cm from the connection point of the treatment bed were 0.85%to 35.18%and 0.52%to 17.96%,respectively;The attenuation rates of extension plate 650 and extension plate 415 at the joints with the main bed plate were 1.51%to 27.69%and 0.17%to 27.46%,respectively;The attenuation rates of the extension plate 650 at 3cm and 13cm from the connection junction were 1.29%to 5.65%and 0.35%to 5.29%,respectively.The attenuation rates of the extension plate 415 at 3cm and 13cm from the connection junction were 0.16%to 4.46%and 0.34%to 4.76%,respectively.Conclusions Different positions of the treatment bed have different attenuation rates of radiation,especially the connection area of the main bed plate has a large attenuation rate of radiation.In clinical treatment of patients,appropriate extension plates should be selected according to the situation or the patient's position should be moved to avoid the target area from the connection area.Meanwhile,a suitable treatment bed model should be established in the treatment planning system to reduce the influence of the treatment bed on the absorbed dose of patients.
