摘 要:微泡超声造影剂是一类能够显著增强医学超声检测信号的药物,常用于心脏、肝脏、肾脏等部位的超声检查。优化对比增强成像、提高诊断效率需要对体内微泡造影剂的药代动力学有全面了解。本文归纳总结了微泡超声造影剂常用生物分析方法及其药代动力学进展,系统阐释微泡超声造影剂在体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄过程,以期能够为微泡类药物的研究提供参考。Microbubble ultrasound contrast agent is a kind of drug that can significantly enhance the medical ultrasonic detection signal,and is often used in the ultrasonic examination of the heart,liver,kidney and other parts.Optimizing contrast enhancement imaging and improving diagnostic efficiency require a comprehensive understanding of the pharmacokinetics of microbubble contrast agents in vivo.In this paper,the commonly used biological analysis methods and pharmacokinetic progress of microbubble ultrasound contrast agents were summarized,and the absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion processes of microbubble ultrasound contrast agents in vivo were systematically explained,hoping to provide references for the research of microbubble drugs.
