摘  要:快速发展的荧光影像技术促进了荧光造影剂的研究。临床现有的荧光造影剂包括吲哚菁绿、亚甲蓝和5-氨基乙酰丙酸。这些荧光造影剂临床应用广泛,但在体内的荧光成像部位和类型各不相同,可能与给药方式和药代动力学过程相关。目前荧光造影剂在临床尤其是特殊人群中的药代动力学研究较少。本文总结了已上市的荧光造影剂的临床应用现状和药代动力学性质,为明确其临床应用方向,优化药物使用提供依据。Advances in fluorescence imaging have greatly stimulated the research into fluorescent imaging agents.Clinically available fluorescent imaging agents include indocyanine green,methylene blue,and 5-aminolevulinic acid.Although these agents have been widely used,their in vivo fluorescence imaging sites and types vary,possibly due to differences in their routes of administration and pharmacokinetic processes.However,clinical pharmacokinetic studies of fluorescent imaging agents are scarce,particularly in special population groups.This article reviewed the clinical application and pharmacokinetic properties of commercially available fluorescent imaging agents,to provide a direction for the clinical application and optimization of drug use.
