从“汤液经法图”角度探讨陈无择天干十方的组方用药规律

摘　　要：敦煌遗书《辅行诀》所载“汤液经法图”展示了一套以五脏虚实辨证结合五味补泻治疗为主的辨证论治方法学,其核心框架为五行阴阳;与此同时,五运六气同样以五行太过不及定义中运,其核心框架同样为五行阴阳。基于此,本文在课题组前期研究基础上,基于“汤液经法图”理论体系解析陈无择的天干十方,确定其适应证类型及组方配伍结构,分析方证相符度,分析天干十方对应年份五行强弱与其组方思路的相符度,以阐明天干十方的组方配伍规律。Tang-ye-jing-fa map in the Dunhuang ancient book Fuxingjue displays a set of syndrome differentiation and treatment methods,which is mainly based on the differentiation of deficiency and excess of the five viscera combined with the treatment of five flavors.Its core framework is balance between Yin-Yang and the five elements.Sharing the same framework,the middle movement of the Five-Yun and Six-Qi is also defined as the excessiveness and deficiency of the five elements.Based on the relationship,this article tried to analyze the ten heavenly stems,based on the previous research of the theoretical system of“Tang-ye-jing-fa map”.We tried to determine the type of indications and the compatibility structure of the ten heavenly stems,and analyze their consistency of the formula.The consistency between the five elements in corresponding years of the ten heavenly stems and their composition ideas was also determined to elucidate their formulation and compatibility rules.
