道医视角下“心肾相交”时间规律探析

摘　　要：本研究结合道医学气液升降理论和五脏精气盛衰旺时理论,认为“心肾相交”的关键时间为日周期律中“子午”两个时辰。原因有二:一是道医气液升降理论实质是真阴、真阳在体内升降循环的过程,真阴、真阳在子时与午时出现“阴极化阳”和“阳极化阴”,所以根据道医气液升降理论,子时、午时分别为真阴化真阳、真阳生真阴,是真阴、真阳融合互生、相互接续循环的重要时间段;二是根据道医五脏精气盛衰规律,心中精气旺于午时,肾中精气旺于子时,午时与子时是心肾两脏自身精气达到最盛的时间,与气液升降规律中午时真阳化生真阴、子时真阴化生真阳相互影响,并促进真阴、真阳的相互融合化生。在年周期律中为冬至、夏至,因为此时为自然界中阴阳二气交接的时间点,分别是阴极生阳、阳极生阴的时间点,对应人体肾中真阴化生真阳、心中真阳化生真阴的时间点。“心肾相交”与子午时之间关系是天人合一理论、人与自然天时相应的重要体现,道医养生对此极为重视,由此发展出不同的养生方法,发掘其中优秀合理的部分可以指导养生、防病,尤其对一些心肾不交类疾病的治疗有借鉴意义。研究探析道医视角下“心肾相交”时间规律,以期为相关研究提供理论参考。This study combines the theory of the heart and kidney,the rise and fall of Qi(气)and liquid[true Yin(阴),true TYang(阳)]in Taoist medicine,and the theory of the rise and fall of the five organs’essence and Qi.It is believed that the key time for the intersection of heart and kidney is Zishi(the period of the day from 11 p.m.to 1 a.m.)and Wushi(the period of the day from 11 a.m.to 1 p.m.)of the circadian rhythm.There are two reasons:firstly,the Taoist medicine theory of Qi-liquid ascending and descending is essentially the process of the ascending and descending circulation of true Yin and true Yang in the body.True Yin and true Yang appear as cathodized Yang and anodized Yin at midnight and noon.Therefore,according to the Taoist medicine theory of Qi-liquid ascending and descending,midnight and noon was important times period for true Yin to transform into true Yang and true Yang to generate true Yin,which is the fusion,mutual generation,and continuous circulation of true Yin and true Yang.Secondly,according to the law of the rise and fall of the essence and Qi in the five Zang(脏)organs of Taoist medicine,the essence and Qi in the heart are flourishing at noon,and the essence and Qi in the kidneys are flourishing at midnight.The noon and midnight are the times when the essence and Qi of the heart and kidney reach their maximum peak,which is in line with the law of Qi-liquid rise and fall.At noon,the true Yang is transformed into true Yin,and at midnight,the true Yin is transformed into true Yang,which affects each other and promotes the fusion and transformation of true Yin and true Yang.In the annual cycle law,it is the winter solstice and summer solstice,because this is the time point at which the two Qi of Yin and Yang intersect in nature,which is the time point at which the cathode generates Yang and the anode generates Yin,respectively.The human body corresponds to the time point at which true Yin in the kidney transforms into true Yang and true Yang in the heart transforms into true Yin.The relation
