四川省名中医陈贵全教授五线推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床经验总结

摘　　要：在颈椎病的不同分型中,颈型颈椎病最为常见,它是一种常以颈肩部疼痛不适、颈部肌肉僵硬为主要症状,严重时伴有活动受限的疾病。随着现代生活方式的改变,颈型颈椎病的发病率逐年增高且呈年轻化趋势,并且复发率高,给患者身心健康造成重大影响,使医疗支出高度紧张,因此,颈型颈椎病的治疗刻不容缓。推拿能够改善颈部肌肉痉挛,纠正紊乱关节。陈贵全教授在颈椎病预防和治疗方面颇有心得,对运用推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病有独特见解,五线推拿手法是陈贵全教授在传统推拿手法基础上结合运动生理特点改良出来治疗颈型颈椎病的独特手法。该手法将颈部治疗部位总结为棘突线、椎板线、关节突线、横突线、椎体旁线这五条线,与引起该病的相关肌肉和经络紧密相关。陈教授认为,五线推拿可通过触诊明辨症结所在,又可通过手法疏通经络、活血化瘀,还可增加肌肉功能、关节活动。五线不仅是五条治疗线,也是五条评估线。本研究从病因病机、诊断思路、五线推拿手法、病案分享四个方面将陈贵全教授运用五线推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病的经验总结如下,以期为推拿治疗颈型颈椎病提供新思路。Among the different types of cervical spondylosis,neck type cervical spondylopathy is the most common,which is a Adisease that is often characterized by pain and discomfort in the neck and shoulders,stiffness of the neck muscles,and,in severe cases,limited mobility.With the changes in modern lifestyles,the incidence of neck type cervical spondylopathy is increasing year by year,showing a younger trend,and it has a high recurrence rate,which has a significant impact on the physical and mental health of the patients and creates a high degree of tension in the healthcare expenditures.Therefore,neck type cervical spondylopathy treatment should not be delayed.Massage can relieve the neck muscle spasm and restore the disordered joints.Professor CHEN Guiquan is experienced in the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis,in which he has unique insights in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylopathy by Massage techniques.The Five-line massage(五线推拿)Technique is a unique technique developed by Professor CHEN Guiquan to treat cervical spondylosis based on traditional massage techniques combined with the characteristics of exercise physiology.The manipulation summarized the treatment site on the neck into five lines:spinous process line,vertebral lamina line,articular process line,transverse process line,and vertebral body sideline line.These five lines are closely related to the muscles and meridians that cause the disease.Professor CHEN believes that the five-line massage can not only identify the crux through palpation,but also dredge the meridians through manipulation,blood circulation can be promoted,blood stasis can be removed,and muscle function and joint activity can also be increased.The five lines are not only five treatment lines,but also five evaluation lines.This article summarizes Professor CHEN Guiquan’s experience in treating neck type cervical spondylopathy by five-line massage techniques from four aspects of etiology,diagnosis thoughts,five-line massage techniques,and case sharing,wit
