温针灸联合低频电刺激治疗老年子宫脱垂患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸联合低频电刺激治疗老年子宫脱垂患者的效果。方法:选取2021年4月至2023年6月该院收治的86例老年子宫脱垂患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用低频电刺激治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合温针灸治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后盆底肌最大肌电值、盆底肌压力、尿动力学指标[尿道最大闭合压(MUCP)、功能尿道长度(FUL)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类慢肌纤维最大肌电值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组盆底肌收缩压、静息压水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组MUCP、FUL水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温针灸联合低频电刺激治疗老年子宫脱垂患者可提高治疗总有效率和盆底肌压力、尿动力学指标水平,增大盆底肌最大肌电值,效果优于单纯低频电刺激治疗。Objective:To observe effects of warm acupuncture combined with low frequency electrical stimulation in treatment of elderly patients with uterine prolapse.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 elderly patients with uterine prolapse admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to June 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-frequency electrical stimulation,while the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,the pelvicfloor muscle maximum electromyography value,the pelvicfloor muscle pressure level,the urodynamic index[maximum urethral closure pressure(MUCP),functional urethral length(FUL)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the maximum electromyography values of type I and II slow muscle fibers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of pelvicfloor muscle systolic pressure and resting pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of MUCP and FUL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Warm acupuncture combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of the elderly patients with uterine prolapse can improve the total effect
