摘 要:优良的预焙阳极需要具备良好的力学、热学和电学性能,针对现役预焙阳极电解中过量消耗与其内部组织结构的枪关联未被阐明的情况,本论文基于铝用预焙阳极的经典配方,依托骨料最大堆积理论和G/S理论,能够提高生坯密度,减少生坯裂纹,采用模压成型工艺制得预焙阳极试样.本文通过扫描电镜、CO_(2)反应测试仪、空气反应测试仪等仪器对预焙阳极原材料及其试样微制品结构和物理性能变化的关系进行研究.结果表明:采用智能化配方设计优选得到的粒级配比骨料组成是制备铝用电解槽低消耗指标要求预焙阳极材料的有效举措.配方中最优控制比例为9-6mm占8wt%,6-3mm占22wt%,3-1mm占28wt%,1-0.076mm占24wt%,粉料占18wt%.在沥青用量一定的情况下,配方设计优化核心粒级比例可使得预焙阳极材料达到电阻率、机械强度和抗热震性三个指标之间的关联平衡,有助于降低阳极消耗.Excellent prebaked anodes need to have good mechanical,thermal and electrical properties.In view of the status quo that the relationship between electrolytic excessive consumption of active prebaked anodes and their internal structure has not been clarified,this paper based on the classic formula of aluminum prebaked anodes,relying on the maximum aggregate accumulation theory and G/S theory can improve the green density and reduce the green cracks.The pre-baked anode sample was prepared by die pressing process.The relationship between the structure and physical properties of prebaked anode materials and its products was studied by means of SEM,CO_(2) reaction tester and air reaction tester.The results show that the pre-baked anode material which can meet the requirement of low consumption index of electrolytic cell can be prepared by using intelligent formula to design the optimal ratio of selected material and the corresponding binder dosage.The optimal control ratio of 9-6mm accounted for 8wt%,6-3mm accounted for 22wt%,3-1mm accounted for 28wt%,1-0.076mm accounted for 24wt%,powder accounted for 18wt%.In the case of a certain amount of asphalt,the formula design optimizes the proportion of core particles to achieve the correlation balance among the three indexes of the pre-baked anode material resistivity,mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance,which can reduce the anode consumption in the electrolytic cell.
