摘　　要：目的 对心通口服液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效作Meta分析。方法 检索SinoMed数据库、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WANFANG DATA)、中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed数据库2014年1月1日至2023年12月10日的有关心通口服液治疗冠心病心绞痛的文献;运用RevMan5.4软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果 与仅使用传统药物相比,结合心通口服液能明显提升整体治愈率[OR=6.18,95%CI(3.73,10.25)]和心电图疗效[OR=4.14,95%CI(2.17,7.90)],同时也能降低心脏疼痛持续的时间[MD=-2.47,95%CI(-2.77,-2.17)],并进一步减少了心脏疼痛发作的次数[SMD=-4.34,95%CI(-5.91,-2.77)],并且两者之间的不良反应没有明显的区别[OR=0.91,95%CI(0.39,2.08)]。结论 心通口服液与常规西药合用治疗冠心病心绞痛患者疗效明显优于常规西药,安全性好。期待更加优质、大样本、多中心随机对照试验对心通口服液在冠心病心绞痛的应用提供更加丰富的循证证据。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Xintong oral liquid in the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease(CHD)through meta-analysis.Methods:Relevant literature on the treatment of angina pectoris in CHD with Xintong oral liquid was searched in SinoMed database,VIP database,Wanfang database,CNKI,Pubmed database from January 1,2014 to December 10,2023.Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan5.4software.Results:Compared with the use of conventional medicine alone,the combination of Xintong oral liquid significantly improved the overall effective cure rate[OR=6.18,95%CI(3.73,10.25)]and the effect on electrocardiogram efficacy[OR=4.14,95%CI(2.17,7.90)].It also reduced the duration of heart pain[MD=-2.47,95%CI(-2.77,-2.17)]and further decreased the frequency of heart pain attacks[SMD=-4.34,95%CI(-5.91,-2.77)].There was no significant difference in side effects between the two.Conclusion:The combination of Xintong oral liquid and conventional western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris in CHD patients shows significantly better efficacy than conventional western medicine alone,with good safety.High-quality,large-sample,multi-center randomized controlled trials are expected to provide richer evidence-based evidence for the application of Xintong oral liquid in angina pectoris in coronary heart disease.
