消风散治疗ICIs相关大疱性皮炎探析

摘　　要：免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)相关大疱性皮炎主要表现为全身皮肤瘙痒,躯干四肢红斑、水疱等,糖皮质激素治疗易诱发多种不良反应的发生。中医治疗皮肤病良方消风散的运用可以缩短疗程,减少激素副作用。本文从疾病本身出发,探寻消风散治疗本病的机理,为临床治疗提供思路。The main manifestations of bullous dermatitis associated with immune checkpoint inhibitors are pruritus of the whole body,erythema and blisters of the trunk and limbs,etc.Western medical treatment with glucocorticoid is easy to induce a variety of adverse reactions.The application of Xiaofeng powder,a good TCM prescription for skin diseases,can shorten the course of treatment and reduce the side effects of hormones.Starting from the disease itself,this paper discusses the mechanism of Xiaofeng powder in treating the disease,and provides ideas for clinical treatment.
