内热针针刺颈夹脊穴配合仰卧角度牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察内热针针刺颈夹脊穴配合仰卧角度牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法90例患者根据随机数字表以1∶1∶1的比例随机分为3组,A组采用内热针针刺颈夹脊穴配合仰卧角度牵引,B组采用内热针针刺颈夹脊穴,C组采用仰卧角度牵引。各组治疗2周后将治疗前后疼痛调查量表(McGill)、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分和日本骨科协会评估量表(JOA)评分进行对比。结果治疗2周后各组McGill评分、SF-36评分及JOA评分均有显著性改善(P<0.05);治疗2周后A组McGill评分、SF-36评分及JOA评分改善均优于B组和C组(P<0.05)。各组患者均未出现不良反应及并发症。结论内热针针刺颈夹脊穴配合仰卧角度牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病,能够缓解患者症状、改善生活质量,且治疗方法精准、安全、规范。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of internal heat acupuncture at the neck Jiaji acupoint combined with supine angle traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table with the ratio of 1∶1∶1;group A received internal heat acupuncture at the neck Jiaji acupoint with supine angle traction,group B received internal heat acupuncture at the neck Jiaji acupoint,and group C received supine angle traction.After 2 weeks of treatment,the pre-and post-treatment McGill pain survey scale,SF-36 quality of life score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association assessment treatment score(JOA)were compared and observed in each group.Results:The McGill score,SF-36 score and JOA score were significantly improved in each group after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of McGill score,SF-36 score and JOA score in group A was better than that in group B and C after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions or complications in any group.Conclusion:Internal heat acupuncture combined with supine angle traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can alleviate the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,and the treatment method is accurate,safe and standardized.
