摘  要:目的研究院内制剂阿提日拉力片制备过程中流浸膏的最佳干燥工艺,优化阿提日拉力片的制备工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以干燥方法(电热真空干燥、烘箱干燥、常压水浴干燥)、干燥时间(12、24、36 h)、干燥温度(60、70、80℃)为考察因素,基于HPLC测定的异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸C含量的综合评分为评价指标,优化流浸膏的干燥工艺。结果正交试验结果表明,阿提日拉力片制备过程中流浸膏的干燥方法和条件对成分含量的影响较小,其中电热真空干燥,70℃,干燥24 h的干燥工艺效果最佳,干燥后的膏无黏性、粉碎充分。结论院内制剂阿提日拉力片制备过程中流浸膏的最佳干燥工艺可选择电热真空干燥,70℃,干燥24 h,本研究旨在为阿提日拉力片制备工艺的优化提供科学依据。Objective To optimize the drying process of the liquid extract in the hospital preparation of Atirilali tablets.Methods Orthogonal experimental design was adopted.The drying method(electric vacuum drying,oven drying,and atmospheric water bath drying),drying time(12,24,and 36 h),and drying temperature(60,70,and 80℃)were evaluated.The comprehensive scores of isochlorogenic acid A,B,C content determined by HPLC were used as the evaluation index,the drying process of fluid extract was optimized.Results The orthogonal test showed that the drying method and conditions of the liquid extract of Atirilali tablets had little effect on the content of the ingredients.In the drying process of the electric vacuum at 70℃for 24 hours had the best effect.The paste was nonviscous and fully pulverized.Conclusion The best drying process of the liquid extract of Atirilali tablets in the hospital include electric vacuum at 70℃for 24 hours.This study provides a scientific basis for optimization of the preparation process of Atirilali tablets.
