藏药“邦见”的本草考证和用药情况分析

摘　　要：龙胆花被藏医称为邦见。根据藏医典籍《晶珠本草》《藏药晶镜本草》等记载,邦见具有清热解毒、利肺消疹等功效,是中国藏医常用草药。藏医古文献中常将邦见分为三种:邦见嘎布(高山龙胆)、邦见额布(蓝玉簪龙胆)、邦见那布(云雾龙胆)。邦见入药已经有2 000多年历史,但是现今临床使用中发现存在多种问题。其一,邦见的汉语译名不统一,有“邦见”“邦尖”和“榜间”等多种译文。其二,龙胆属植物种类繁多,原植物基原鉴定困难。凡此种种导致邦见的临床用药混乱。本研究通过考证文献对各藏区入药情况进行系统分析,力求对邦见的名称、基原、效性、入药情况进行系统整理,为藏药邦见准确鉴定品种基源及临床安全用药提供科学依据。Gentian flower is called Bangjian(邦见)in Tibetan medicine.According to the Tibetan medical classics Jingzhu GBencao(《晶珠本草》),Tibetan medicine Jingjing Materia Medica(《藏药晶镜本草》)and other records,Bangjian has the effects of clearing heat,detoxifying,benefiting the lung and eliminating rash,and is a commonly used herbal medicine in Chinese Tibetan medicine.In ancient literature,Bangjian is often divided into three types:Bangjian Ga Bu(邦见嘎布),Bangjian E Bu(邦见额布),Bangjian Na Bu(邦见那布).Bangjian has been used as a drug for more than 2000 years,but there are many problems in clinical use nowadays.First of all,the Chinese translations of Bangjian are not unified.Secondly,there are many kinds of Gentiana plants,and it is difficult to identify the original plant origin.All these have led to confusion in clinical medication.Through literature research and systematic analysis of the drug use in various Tibetan areas,this study strives to systematically sort out the name,origin,effectiveness and medication use status of Bangjian,so as to provide a scientific basis for accurate identification of the variety origin and clinical safe use of Bangjian.
