摘　　要：某河水环境治理工程是一项旨在改善城市水生态、水环境,提高某河水质,打造沿河水景观,满足群众日益增加的文化生活需要的基础设施项目。项目建设过程中充分贯彻和体现以保护环境为宗旨的建设思想,各建设项目基本不会对环境造成不利影响,即使个别项目的建设可能会对环境产生一些不利影响,但通过相应的设防和补救措施,也将得到基本控制,至少可以使其对环境的影响降低到最低程度。A certain river water environment treatment project is an infrastructure project aimed at improving the urban water ecology and water environment,enhancing the water quality of a certain river,creating a landscape along the river,and meeting the increasing cultural and living needs of the people.During the project construction process,the construction concept of protecting the environment is fully implemented and reflected,and each construction project will not have adverse effects on the environment.Even if the construction of individual projects may have some adverse effects on the environment,through corresponding defense and remedial measures,basic control will be achieved,and at least their impact on the environment can be minimized.
