摘　　要：工程建设对区域自然生态环境的负面影响完全可以通过认真落实提出的各种防护措施、有效的组织管理和一系列切实可行的手段予以避免。某河道综合整治工程建设过程中造成了局部的环境问题,通过实施水环境、生态环境、人群健康、大气环境、声环境等一系列的环保措施,避免或最大程度降低了对周边环境的影响,从而促进生态环境、经济和社会的协调发展。The negative impact of engineering construction on the regional natural ecological environment can be avoided by conscientiously implementing various protective measures,effective organizational management and a series of practical means.During the construction process of a comprehensive river improvement project,local environmental problems were caused.Through the implementation of a series of environmental protection measures such as water environment,ecological environment,population health,atmospheric environment,sound environment,etc.,the impact on the surrounding environment is avoided or minimized,so as to promote the coordinated development of ecological environment,economy and society.
