摘 要:在水利工程建设过程中,当工程开挖工程量不能满足填筑需求时,往往需要另外选取土料场进行开采。若料场土料自然含水率与填筑最优含水率差异较大,可选择平面开采方式施工调整填筑土料的含水量。受天气及土料含水量情况影响,平面开采土料施工工艺也会随之调整,且水利部现行定额中没有直接对应的定额子目,导致工程建设的各个阶段中确定该部分费用存在一定困难。文章以实际工程为例对其资源配置、生产效率、费用计算进行分析,形成了施工定额,并根据所观测工程的投标情况测算了土料场平面开采的直接费用,旨在为类似工程的投资控制提供依据。In the process of water conservancy engineering construction,when the excavation quantity cannot meet the filling requirements,it is often necessary to select another borrowpit for mining.If there is a significant difference between the natural moisture content of the soil in the borrowpit and the optimal moisture content for filling,the flat mining method can be chosen for construction to adjust the moisture content of the filling soil.Due to the influence of weather and soil moisture content,the construction process of flat mining soil will also be adjusted accordingly.Moreover,there is no direct corresponding sub item in the current quota of the Ministry of Water Resources,which makes it difficult to determine the cost of this part in various stages of engineering construction.This article takes practical engineering as an example to analyze its resource allocation,production efficiency,and cost calculation,forming a construction quota.Based on the bidding situation of the observed engineering,the direct cost of flat mining in the soil material field is calculated,aiming to provide a basis for investment control in similar engineering projects.
