摘 要:针对河道采砂会引起河床发生剧烈变化,进而判断由此对采砂河道河势稳定、防洪安全及生态环境等方面的影响。为此,结合西峡县河道采砂规划对河道产生影响的控制分析典型实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明:基于河道水沙特性、河床演变规律,在全面熟悉工程概况的基础上,着重围绕河道采砂对河势稳定、防洪安全、供水安全、通航安全、基础设施正常运行以及生态坏境等方面的主要影响进行采砂规划对河道的主要影响分析。可为类似河道采砂规划提供借鉴参考。In view of the dramatic changes in river bed caused by sand mining in riverchannels,the influence on the stability of river regime,flood control safety and ecological environment is judged.Therefore,combined with the impact of Xixia County river sand mining planning on river control,an analysis of typical practice cases study should be conducted to carry out a comprehensive analysis.Based on the characteristics of river water and sediment,as well as the evolutionary patterns of riverbeds,and with a comprehensive understanding of the project overview,the primary impacts of sand mining planning on river stability,flood control safety,water supply security,navigation safety,normal operation of infrastructure facilities and ecological environment are analyzed.This research can serve as a valuable reference for similar river sand mining plannings.
