摘　　要：国家对高职学生的就业非常重视,技能竞赛对高职学生就业的积极效应不容忽视,以全国职业院校技能大赛地理空间信息采集与处理赛项为例。此赛项旨在培养学生的地理信息技术能力,推动地理信息产业发展。通过参与竞赛,学生可以提升职业素养和职业技能,增强就业竞争力。通过分析竞赛背景、目的、意义,以及参赛学生就业情况可知,参加技能竞赛有助于提高学生职业素养、职业技能和就业竞争力,对高职学生的就业产生积极影响。The government attaches great importance to the employment of vocational college students,and the positive effect of skill competitions on the employment of vocational college students cannot be ignored.The National Vocational College Skills Competition Geospatial Information Collection and Processing is taken as an example in this paper.The competition aims to cultivate students'geographic information technology skills as the result to promote the development of the geographic information industry.By participating in the competition,students can improve their professional quality and vocational skills,as well as enhance their employment competitiveness.Through the analysis of the background,purpose,significance of the competition,and the employment situation of the participating students,this article concludes that participating in skill competitions can help improve students'professional quality,vocational skills and employment competitiveness,which could have positive effects on the employment of vocational college students.
