摘 要:萃取是一种应用广泛的均相分离技术,但传统萃取设备存在结构复杂、体积庞大等问题。旋流萃取器将旋流技术和萃取操作结合,将相分离与传质过程结合,强化萃取传质性能,设备结构简单紧凑。采用数值模拟与试验研究结合的研究方法,对旋流萃取器的流场及萃取性能进行研究。结果表明:随着环形溢流口内径增大,旋流萃取器内流体切向速度与轴向速度都明显降低,压力降逐渐增加,萃取率先增大后减小,当环形溢流口内径为6 mm时,萃取率最高。环形溢流口外壁厚对三维速率和压力场影响较小,当环形溢流口内外壁间距与矩形入口宽度相同时,压降最小,萃取率最高。Extraction was a widely used homogeneous separation technology,but traditional extraction equipment had problems such as complex structure and large volume.The cyclone extractor combined cyclone technology with extraction operation,combined phase separation with mass transfer process,enhanced extraction mass transfer performance,and had a simple and compact equipment structure.Using a research method combining numerical simulation and experimental research,the flow field and extraction performance of a swirl extractor were studied.The results showed that as the inner diameter of the annular overflow port increased,the tangential and axial velocities of the fluid in the cyclone extractor decreased significantly,and the pressure drop gradually increased.The extraction rate increased first and then decreased.When the inner diameter of the annular overflow port was 6mm,the extraction rate was the highest.The thickness of the outer wall of the annular overflow port had little effect on the three-dimensional velocity and pressure field.When the distance between the inner and outer walls of the annular overflow port was the same as the width of the rectangular inlet,the pressure drop was minimized and the extraction rate was highest.
