摘 要:采用极限应变准则和经典强度理论对变形焦炭塔冷点处存在套合应力时的强度进行安全评估。首先,在选定区域分别建立塔壁变形前后冷点处存在套合作用的几何模型,计算冷点处的套合应力。然后,依据计算所得应力-应变场结果,对冷点处塔壁进行应力分析。结果表明:用极限应变准则评估,焦炭塔在冷却阶段发生屈服;用经典强度理论评估,焦炭塔在生焦和冷却阶段发生屈服。最后,选取路径计算等效应力-应变,绘制应力-应变沿路径变化曲线。通过比较应力和应变评估的结果,对3种评估方法进行比较和评价。The safety assessment of the strength at the cold point of the deformed coke tower under sleeve stress was carried out using the ultimate strain criterion and classical strength theory.Firstly,geometric models were established in the selected area for the presence of fitting at the cold point before and after tower wall deformation,and the fitting stress at the cold point was calculated.Then,based on the calculated stress-strain field results,stress analysis was performed on the tower wall at the cold point.The results indicated that when using the ultimate strain criterion,the coke tower yielded during the cooling stage;When using classical strength theory,the coke tower yields during the coking and cooling stages.Finally,a suitable path was selected for calculating the equivalent stress-strain,and the stress-strain curve along the path was plotted.By comparing the results of stress and strain assessments,three evaluation methods were compared and evaluated.
