摘 要:压力容器是特种设备,在国内外各行各业被广泛应用。但由于其加工制造过程具有非标性、特殊性和复杂性,对作业人员的从业经验和技术要求较高,生产规模和自动化应用程度也受到了一定的制约。为了提高生产效率,降低生产成本,在原有人员条件、设备设施、组织架构等资源条件不变的情况下,提出了单元化生产模式,将传统生产模式进行梳理并整合拆分为四个单元:部件准备单元、筒体成型单元、装配单元、发车准备单元,实现了压力容器制造过程的模块化管理。Pressure vessels are special equipment and are widely used in various industries both domestically and internationally.However,due to the non-standard,special,and complex processing and manufacturing process,it required a high level of experience and technical skills from the operators,and the production scale and degree of automation application were also limited to a certain extent.In order to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs,a modular production mode had been proposed while keeping the original personnel conditions,equipment facilities,organizational structure and other resource conditions unchanged.The traditional production mode had been sorted and integrated into four units:component preparation unit,cylinder forming unit,assembly unit,and departure preparation unit,achieving modular management of the pressure vessel manufacturing process.
