摘  要:化工蒸汽系统结构复杂,管道较长,由于暖管速率过快,在滑参数开车过程中经常发生热应力损坏和水击事故,还会因缺乏热紧的系统知识或忽视热紧的必要性导致开车过程中断及正常运行时密封面频繁泄漏。因此,大型能化企业应制定科学的蒸汽系统暖管操作规程,严格控制暖管速率,合理安排热紧操作,最终实现蒸汽系统安全、高质量开车。The chemical steam system had a complex structure and long pipelines.Due to the fast heating rate,thermal stress damage and water hammer accidents often occurred during the sliding parameter driving process.In addition,the lack of system knowledge of thermal tightening or neglect of the necessity of thermal tightening led to interruption of the driving process and frequent leakage of the sealing surface during normal operation.Therefore,large energy and chemical enterprises should develop scientific operating procedures for steam system heating,strictly control the heating rate,arrange heat tightening operations reasonably,and ultimately achieve safe and highquality operation of the steam system.
