摘　　要：数字技术的快速发展改变了经济社会的运行方式,对经济理论与实践产生了重要影响。在厘清数字经济学内容及框架的基础上,阐述数字经济学理论范式构建的主要维度和基本内涵,分析数字经济学发展与新时代中国特色社会主义经济理论创新的内在关系,提出构建中国特色数字经济理论体系的重点任务。研究表明,数字经济学是研究数字技术如何改变经济活动的一门新兴经济学科,与新时代中国特色社会主义经济理论具有深刻的内在关联;数字经济学是新时代中国特色社会主义经济理论的重要组成,以新时代中国特色社会主义经济理论引领数字经济学发展,才能更好服务中国式现代化经济建设,建成中国特色社会主义数字经济学理论体系;在中国特色社会主义经济理论发展创新中,必须把数字经济学与中国特色社会主义经济发展理念统一起来,并立足新时代中国特色社会主义经济实践推进数字经济学的发展创新。完善数字经济学发展创新的支撑体系,需要弘扬开放包容理念构建数字经济学学科体系,将数字经济学人才队伍建设作为学科建设基础性工程,重点探索构建面向新一轮科技革命的数字经济学学科发展范式。The rapid development of digital technology has changed the operation mode of economy and society,and has an important impact on economic theory and practice.On the basis of clarifying the content and framework of digital economics,This paper expounds the main dimensions and basic connotation of the theoretical paradigm construction of digital economics,analyzes the internal relationship between the development of digital economics and the innovation of socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and puts forward the key tasks of constructing the theoretical system of digital economy with Chinese characteristics.The research shows that digital economics is an emerging economic discipline that studies how digital technology changes economic activities,and has a profound internal connection with the economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Digital economics is an important part of the economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Only by leading the development of digital economics with the economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era can we better serve the construction of modern Chinese-style economy and build a theoretical system of socialist digital economics with Chinese characteristics.In the development and innovation of socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics,we must unify digital economics with the concept of socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics,and promote the development and innovation of digital economics based on the economic practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.To improve the support system for the development and innovation of digital economics,it is necessary to carry forward the concept of openness and inclusiveness to construct the discipline system of digital economics,taking the construction of digital economics talent team as the basic project of discipline construction,this paper focuses on exploring the construction
