摘  要:为解决锂离子电池火灾灭火困难且易复燃等问题,研发制备1种新型多相材料,并将其用于锂离子电池灭火和典型可燃物纸片防火保护试验中,通过研究灭火时间、降温速率、纸片起火时间等参数的变化规律验证该材料的灭火和防火保护性能。研究结果表明:该新型多相材料可迅速扑灭三元锂电池和磷酸铁锂电池因热失控产生的明火并抑制其复燃,并且该材料能防止白卡纸片在受明火作用时发生燃烧,其具有良好的灭火和防火保护性能。研究结果可为锂离子电池初期火灾扑救处置提供1种新的高效灭火药剂参考。In order to resolve the problems of difficult fire extinguishing and easy re-ignition of lithium-ion battery fire,a novel multiphase material was developed and prepared.The material was used in the experiments of fire extinguishing of lithium-ion battery and the fire protection of typical combustible cardboard,and the fire extinguishing and fire protection performance of the material were investigated by the parameters such as fire extinguishing time,cooling rate,and ignition time of cardboard.The results show that the novel multiphase material can quickly extinguish the open fire generated by the thermal runaway of Li(NiCoMn)O 2 lithium-ion batteries and LiFePO 4 lithium-ion batteries,and inhibit their re-ignition.It can also prevent the white cardboard under open fire from burning,and it has excellent fire extinguishing and fire protection performance.The research results can provide a new and efficient fire extinguishing agent for the initial fire fighting and disposal of lithium-ion batteries.
