城市更新中文脉延续及空间重塑在青年广场设计中的实践

摘　　要：城市更新项目作为推动城市发展的重要手段,其核心在于实现经济、社会、文化的均衡发展。为此,结合城市有机更新理念的演变及其在新时代的要求,强化历史价值修复、人文景观释放、社会价值激活、空间秩序重建以及场地条件梳理等关键设计理念。同时,以“两江四岸”青年广场设计为例,指出持续优化与动态配合在城市更新实施过程中的重要性,并为城市更新项目的设计与实践提供理论支持和实践参考,以推动城市更新设计的有序进行和持续发展。Urban renewal projects,as pivotal instruments propelling urban development,centralize on achieving a balanced advancement across economic,social,and cultural dimensions.Therefore,in conjunction with the evolution of organic urban renewal concepts and their requisites in the contemporary era,accentuates pivotal design philosophies including the restoration of historical value,the revelation of humanistic landscapes,the activation of social values,the reconstruction of spatial order,and the rationalization of site conditions.Furthermore,exemplified by the design of"Two Rivers and Four Banks"Youth Square,it underscores the significance of continuous optimization and dynamic coordination in the implementation of urban renewal initiatives.The study thereby furnishes theoretical underpinnings and practical references for the design and execution of urban renewal projects,facilitating an orderly progression and sustained evolution of urban regeneration designs.
