摘　　要：为了更好地对地下人防综合体项目进行设计,以福耀科技大学的人防工程设计实践为例进行探讨研究。在分析人防综合体的基本概念、项目情况和平时功能平面布局的基础上,提出人防综合体设计的基本原则;同时结合人防工程的规范要求,对综合体的车库布置、人防面积控制、人防单元划分和战时主要出入口设置的设计要点进行研究。通过对实际工程的人防设计的研究与实践表明,人防综合体设计时,应遵循平战结合的原则,充分发挥人防工程的最大效能。In order to better design underground civil defense complex projects,this study takes the civil defense engineering design practice of Fuyao University of Science and Technology as a case study.On the basis of analyzing the basic concept,project situation,and functional layout of civil air defense complexes,the basic principles of civil air defense complex design are proposed;At the same time,combined with the regulatory requirements of civil defense engineering,research is conducted on the design points of the garage layout,civil defense area control,civil defense unit division,and wartime main entrance and exit settings of the complex.Through research and practice on civil defense design in practical engineering,it has been shown that the design of civil defense complexes should follow the principle of combining peacetime and wartime,and fully utilize the maximum efficiency of civil defense engineering.
