摘 要:为了进一步推广承插型盘扣架在工程项目中的应用,研究了宁德某商贸中心超高和超重支模的施工应用研究。在分析了盘扣架的特征、优势、应用项目概况和施工重难点的基础上,进行搭设方案的设计和研究。为分析搭设方案的安全性和可操作性,对搭设方案的结构受力体系进行验算,选择受力不利位置进行计算并且对施工过程的关键施工工艺进行介绍。通过研究表明,本项目的搭设方案符合受力要求和施工要求,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to further promote the application of socket type buckle frames in engineering projects,the construction application research of ultra-high and overweight formwork in a commercial center in Ningde was studied.Based on the analysis of the characteristics,advantages,application project overview,and construction difficulties of the buckle frame,the design and research of the erection scheme are carried out.To analyze the safety and operability of the installation plan,the structural stress system of the installation plan is checked,and unfavorable stress positions are selected for calculation.Key construction processes during the construction process are introduced.Research has shown that the installation plan of this project meets the requirements of stress and construction,and has certain promotion and application value.
