摘  要:近年来,随着电动汽车行业的迅速发展,以及用户端对电池性能更极致的追求,对锂电池的研发和制造提出了更高的要求。锂电池生产车间的环境管控是重中之重,温湿度、洁净度的要求日趋严苛,关键工序要求环境相对湿度低于2%甚至低于1%,对暖通设计提出了新的挑战。为此,分析了某锂电池生产基地中的中试厂房的暖通设计方案及相关注意事项,并对超低露点洁净车间的设计特点及项目设计中所采用的节能措施进行分析研究。In recent years,with the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry and the pursuit of battery performance by users,higher requirements have been put forward for the research and manufacturing of lithium batteries.The environmental control of lithium battery production workshops is of utmost importance,and the requirements for temperature,humidity,and cleanliness are becoming increasingly stringent.Key processes even require environmental relative humidity to be less than 2%or even less than 1%,posing new challenges to HVAC design.This article briefly describes the HVAC design scheme and related precautions for a pilot plant in a lithium battery production base.It analyzes and studies the design characteristics of the ultra-low dew point clean workshop and the energy-saving measures adopted in the project design.
