摘 要:管道支吊架设计是管道系统设计的重要部分。依据国家现行规范、图集对风管支吊架的规定,对复合风管的支吊架利用力学原理进行受力分析;选取合理的间距,对现场施工的新型复合排烟风管(镁质晶硅板)支吊架进行受力校核,为新型复合排烟风管支吊架设置提供一个简单可行的设计方法,帮助相关人员无需借助专业的力学软件,即可进行合理的风管支吊架设计施工,确保管道系统安全稳定运行。计算方法同样适合其它新型复合风管进行支吊架间距和构架选型的校核。Pipe support and hanger design is an important part of the pipe system design.This paper,based on the current national standards and code specifications for pipe support and hangers,uses mechanical principles to analyze the load-bearing capacity of composite ducts.It selects a reasonable span and carries out load-bearing verification for the new type of composite exhaust duct(magnesium crystal silicon board)support and hangers on site,providing a simple and feasible design method for the support and hanger setting of the new type of composite exhaust duct.It helps relevant personnel to carry out reasonable pipe support and hanger design and construction without relying on specialized mechanical software,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipe system.The calculation method is also suitable for the load-bearing span and frame selection verification of other new types of composite ducts.
