摘 要:住院总医师制度是选拔并培养学术人才的重要途径。为适应多院区发展需要,满足日益增长的人才发展需求,探讨建立了多院区管理模式下的住院总医师准入-考核-培训-反馈培养模式,为住院总医师的成长搭建平台,为医院住院总医师培养提供参考。The chief resident physician system is an important way to select and train academic talents.In order to adapt to the development needs of multi-campus and meet the growing demand for talent development,a training mode of chief resident physician admittance,assessment,training and feedback under the multi-campus management mode was explored and established,which built a platform for the growth of chief resident physician and provided a reference for the training of chief resident physician.
