摘  要:为了解决常规氧化锌光催化剂能带隙宽、量子产率低、稳定性差等缺陷,以g-C_(3)N_(x)为基底、以ZnO作为金属源在g-C_(3)N_(x)表面原位生长类沸石咪唑酯框架-8(ZIF-8),经高温煅烧后制得具有高稳定性和可见光催化活性的g-C_(3)N_(x)@Zn_(x)O异质催化剂;采用TEM、XRD、UV-DRS、瞬态光电流等测试方法对实验材料进行分析表征,并将g-C_(3)N_(x)@ZnxO用于水环境中亚甲基蓝有机物的可见光催化降解。结果表明:g-C_(3)N_(x)和ZIF-8的引入不仅使材料的光吸收能带隙变窄,而且显著提高了瞬态光电流响应信号,有效抑制了光生电子与空穴对的重组,从而增强了材料的光催化性能,g-C_(3)N_(x)@Zn_(x)O对亚甲基蓝的可见光降解率达到了98.45%。In order to address the defects of conventional ZnO photocatalysts such as wide energy band gap,low quantum yield and poor stability,ZIF-8 was grown in situ on the surface of g-C_(3)N_(x) with g-C_(3)N_(x) as the substrate and ZnO as a metal source,and g-C_(3)N_(x)@Zn_(x)O heterogeneous catalysts with high stability and visible photocatalytic activity were fabricated after high temperature calcination.The experimental materials were characterized analytically using TEM,XRD,UV-DRS,transient photocurrent and g-C_(3)N_(x)@Zn_(x)O was used for the visible photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue organics in aqueous environment.The results show that the introduction of g-C_(3)N_(x) and ZIF-8 leads to a narrowing of the optical absorption energy band gap,an enhancement of the transient photocurrent response signal,and a reduction of the photogenerated electron-hole pairs in the material.The visible light degradation rate of methylene blue catalyzed by g-C_(3)N_(x)@Zn_(x)O reached 98.45%.
