摘 要:为解决工作面过空巷高水支护材料成本高、不利于回收以及降低煤品质等问题,研究了一种以煤为骨料配制料浆,通过管路泵送至模具成型的早强快硬易切割煤基墩柱空巷支护材料。针对煤骨料存在的强度低和难胶结问题,在固定井下原煤级配条件下,对不同胶材配比情况下的空巷墩柱支护材料进行流动性检测以及力学性能试验,得到材料配比合理、早强快硬煤基易切割的煤基墩柱空巷支护材料,现场应用效果良好。To address issues such as high costs,non-recyclability,and deterioration of coal quality associated with high-water content support materials in empty roadways,research was conducted on a novel coalaggregate-based support material,which is formulated into a slurry and pumped through pipelines for molding into pillars,exhibiting early strength,rapid hardening,and ease of cutting,thus proving suitable for supporting empty roadways.To tackle challenges related to the low strength and poor bonding of coal aggregates,experiments were carried out under fixed underground coal grading conditions,assessing the flowability and mechanical performance of different bonding material ratios for the support material.It resulted in a coal-based pillar support material with a well-balanced material composition,achieving early strength,rapid hardening,and ease of cutting.The on-site application of this material has demonstrated favorable outcomes.
