摘  要:采用实验室实验、数值模拟、现场实验等方式进行研究,确定深部煤层的沿空掘巷小煤柱合理尺寸。通过物理力学实验,获得了淮南矿区丁集矿1121(3)工作面煤岩的密度、单轴抗拉强度、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比、内聚力、内摩擦角等参数。测量了该区域的地应力,为后续的理论计算、数值模拟提供了可靠的数据。采用数值模拟的方法研究,综合考虑沿空留巷煤柱的应力、竖向位移、塑性区分布特征情况,兼顾煤炭采出率及预防冲击现象,初步确定煤柱宽度为5 m较为合适。工业性实验监测数据显示顶板的位移范围最大值为86 mm,两帮最大范围为145 mm。在一定程度上达到了巷道围岩的控制要求,5 m煤柱尺寸具有一定的科学性与合理性。Laboratory experiments,numerical simulations,on-site experiments,and other methods are used for study to determine the reasonable size of small coal pillars for controlling driving along goaf tunnels in deep coal seams.Through physical and mechanical experiments,parameters such as density,uniaxial tensile strength,uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus,Poisson′s ratio,cohesion,and internal friction angle of coal and rock in the 1121(3)working face of Dingji mine in Huainan mining area were obtained.The in-situ stress in the area was measured,providing reliable data for subsequent theoretical calculations and numerical simulations.By using numerical simulation methods and considering the stress,vertical displacement,and plastic zone distribution characteristics of the coal pillar along the goaf,as well as the coal recovery rate and prevention of impact phenomena,it is preliminarily determined that a coal pillar width of 5 m is more suitable.Industrial experimental monitoring data shows that the maximum displacement range of the top plate is 86 mm,and the maximum range of the two sides is 145 mm.To a certain extent,the control requirements for the surrounding rock of the tunnel have been met,and the size of the 5 m coal pillar has a certain degree of scientific and reasonable significance.
