摘 要:为解决局部坚硬顶板群破断,致临空巷道强矿压显现的顶板安全问题,以酸刺沟煤矿6_(上)207工作面为研究背景,精准测定了坚硬顶板群分布范围与巷道强矿压显现特征,开展了巷道临空侧坚硬顶板群深孔定向爆破压裂卸压,并揭示了卸压机理。结果表明:坚硬顶板群分布于工作面采位2240~2840 m,强度均大于53 MPa,其失稳破断是造成6_(上)207辅运巷强矿压显现的根本原因。采用深孔定向爆破技术对22~55 m坚硬顶板群进行了压裂,使得破断块体回转挤压转变为滑移垮落,卸压效果显著。保证了酸刺沟煤矿安全生产。To solve the problem of strong mine pressure manifestation in gob-side entry due to the breakage of local hard roof group.Taking the 6_(up)207 working face of Suancigou coal mine as the research background.The distribution range of hard roof group and the characteristics of strong mine pressure in roadway were precisely determined,and a deep hole directional blasting fracturing of hard roof group was carried out,and the pressure relief mechanism was revealed.The results show that when the hard roof group is distributed between 2240 m and 2840 m of the working face,and its instability and breaking are the root cause of the strong mine pressure appearance of the 6_(up)207 auxiliary haulage roadway;deep hole directional blasting technology was used to fracture the hard roof group from 22 m to 55 m,which transformed the broken block from rotary extrusion to slip collapse,resulting in significant pressure relief.The results ensured the safe production of Suancigou coal mine.
