孤岛工作面受走向断层影响下应力分布规律研究

摘  要:为研究孤岛工作面受断层影响时应力分布规律,以某煤矿203工作面为研究对象,采用数值模拟分析孤岛工作面应力分布,并研究孤岛工作面受断层影响时工作面支承压力分布规律。结果表明:孤岛工作面受走向断层影响下,支承压力分布规律有明显差异,回风巷实体煤侧处于断层的破碎影响区,载荷传递效率降低,使得靠近回风巷侧(断层侧)超前支承压力均低于原岩应力,随着应力向四周转移,工作面中部煤体应力数据远高于原岩应力。孤岛开采与非孤岛开采状态相比,无论是在工作面超前支承压力集中程度,还是影响范围都有所增大,但增大的幅度均较小。孤岛工作面受断层影响时应力分布规律研究,有助于为类似采场安全高效开采提供一定的研究基础。In order to study the stress distribution law of isolated island working face affected by faults,taking 203 working face of a coal mine as the research object,the stress distribution of isolated island working face was analyzed by numerical simulation and the distribution law of abutment pressure of isolated island working face affected by faults was studied.The results show that the distribution law of supporting stress in isolated island working face is obviously different under the influence of strike faults.The solid coal side of return air roadway is in the fracture influence zone of faults,and the load transfer efficiency is reduced,which makes the leading supporting pressure near the return air roadway(fault side)lower than the original rock stress.As the stress shifts around,the data of coal stress in the middle of working face is much higher than the original rock stress.Compared with the non-isolated mining state,isolated mining has increased the concentration degree of advanced abutment pressure and the influence range,but the increase range is small.The study on stress distribution law of isolated island working face affected by faults is helpful to provide a certain research basis for safe and efficient mining of similar stopes.
