摘  要:针对千米深井巷道围岩变形破坏严重问题,调研某矿运输顺槽,总结归纳了千米深井巷道围岩变形破坏模式,分析了埋深及侧压系数变化对巷道围岩变形破坏的影响规律,埋深及侧压系数增加均会显著加剧巷道破坏程度,从应力、岩体破坏及支护等角度阐明了深井巷道失稳机制,提出了“全长锚固-注浆加固-卸压转移”三位一体的支护理念,设计了支护方案并完成工业性试验。结果表明:巷道变形量、离层量均大幅降低,围岩表面完整性显著提高。In response to the severe deformation and damage issues in kilometer-deep roadways,investigates transport drift in a certain mine.It summarizes and categorizes the deformation and damage patterns of the roadways in kilometer-deep shafts,and analyzes the impact of depth and lateral pressure coefficient variations on the deformation and damage of the roadways.It is found that an increase in both depth and lateral pressure coefficient significantly exacerbates the degree of roadway damage.From the perspectives of stress,rock mass failure,and support,the mechanism of instability in deep shaft roadways is elucidated.A holistic support concept,"full-length anchoring-grouting reinforcement-stress relief transfer"is proposed,and a support scheme is designed and subjected to industrial-scale experiments.The results demonstrate a substantial reduction in roadway deformation and bedding separation,along with a significant improvement in the integrity of the surrounding rock surfaces.
