摘 要:为解决隆岩煤矿房采区下伏煤层工作面CO超限的问题,综合分析了周边火区蔓延及上覆房采区有毒有害气体的影响,提出了隐患区域露天开挖剥离、地面钻孔注浆封堵上下采空区裂隙、注氮惰化上覆房采区以及工作面均压通风抑制CO涌出的综合治理措施。治理结果表明,通过CO超限综合治理措施,有效阻断了周边火区的蔓延,解决了工作面CO超限问题,保证了工作面的安全回采。In order to solve the problem of CO overrun in the working face of the underlying coal seam in the room-column goaf of Longyan coal mine,the spread of surrounding fire areas and the influence of toxic and harmful gases in the mining area of the overlying room were comprehensively analyzed,the comprehensive control measures are put forward,such as open-pit excavation stripping in hidden danger area,ground drilling grouting to block the cracks in upper and lower goaf,nitrogen injection to inertize the mining area of overlying room,and even pressure ventilation in working face to suppress CO emission.The control results show that the comprehensive control measures of CO overrun effectively block the spread of surrounding fire areas,solve the problem of CO overrun in working face,and ensure the safe mining of working face.
