摘 要:大采高液压支架需要有大流量、大功率的安全阀配套,为此提出一种适用于大采高液压支架的插装式安全阀。通过对插装式安全阀的结构及工作原理的分析,建立AMEsim 16.0仿真模型并进行仿真,对先导阻尼孔径、插装阀弹簧刚度、插装阀阀芯质量、插装阀溢流孔径等关键参数进行设置并仿真计算。得到插装式安全阀工作时的压力、流量、阀芯位移等动态特性曲线;结果表明:插装式安全阀控制的液压支架液压系统通流能力大,动态响应较快;得出了各参数对插装式安全阀动态特性影响规律,此研究对研制和改进大采高液压支架工作特性具有重要的研究意义。The large mining height hydraulic support needs to be matched with a high-flow and high-power safety valve,so a cartridge safety valve suitable for the high-volume hydraulic support is proposed.Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of cartridge safety valve,AMEsim 16.0 simulation model is established and simulated,and key parameters such as pilot damping aperture,cartridge valve spring rate,cartridge valve spool quality,cartridge valve relief aperture and so on are set and simulated.The dynamic characteristic curves such as pressure,flow and spool displacement of the cartridge safety valve are obtained;the results show that the hydraulic support hydraulic system controlled by cartridge safety valve has large flow capacity and fast dynamic response.The influence of various parameters on the dynamic characteristics of cartridge safety valve is obtained,which is of great research significance for the development and improvement of the working characteristics of large mining height hydraulic support.
