摘  要:电牵引采煤机自动控制系统采用模块化设计,其功能划分成为8大模块,其中以主控模块为核心。其他模块可通过CAN总线或RS-485通信串口与主控模块连接。系统使用的微处理器为STM 32单片机,模拟量转换模块型号为AD7739,语音模块型号为XFS5152CE。系统的软件程序在IAR软件平台上利用C语言编写。将系统应用到采煤机工程实践中,通过现场测试发现系统可以对设备的运行状态进行准确可靠的控制,达到了预期效果。The automatic control system of electric haulage shearer adopts modular design,and its functions are divided into 8 modules,of which the main control module is the core.Other modules can be connected with the main control module through CAN bus or RS-485 communication serial port.The microprocessor used in the system is STM 32 single chip microcomputer,the model of analog conversion module is AD7739,and the model of voice module is XFS5152CE.The software program of the system is written in C language on the IAR software platform.The system is applied to the engineering practice of shearer.Through field test,it is found that the system can accurately and reliably control the running state of the equipment and achieve the expected effect.
